By downloading and using Bitz you agree to these terms. If you do not agree do not use the app.

Bitz is a tool for connecting to peer-to-peer file sharing networks. It does not host, store, or distribute any files itself. All files are shared directly between users on their own computers.

You may use Bitz to share files you own or have the legal right to distribute. You may use Bitz to download files that are legally available for sharing.

You may not use Bitz to distribute content that infringes on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for the files you share.

Bitz does not control what files users share on the peer-to-peer networks it connects to. You are entirely responsible for the content you share. Bitz is not responsible for content shared by other users that you may encounter.

Bitz respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content accessible through Bitz infringes your copyright, contact our designated DMCA agent at dmca@bitzp2p.com with the specific content to be removed, your contact information, and a statement confirming you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

We will respond to valid takedown requests promptly. Users who repeatedly infringe on copyright will have their accounts terminated.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent referrals, attempt to game the tier system, or engage in any activity that harms the network or other users.

Bitz is provided as-is without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitz and its developers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or the peer-to-peer networks it connects to.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
